Bio
Noor is a current doctoral student at the Boston University School of Social Work. She joined the Center to work on a project analyzing various Boston area stakeholders’ utilization of emergency services, particularly in response to youth mental health crises. At the School of Social Work, Noor is working on various projects including analyzing racial discourse and online victimization on social media as well as discourse and advocacy on the criminal justice system. Her research interests include trauma-informed systems, mass incarceration, juvenile justice, and social theory and practice.Â
