Bio
As a policy fellow at CISWH, Molly is passionate about educational equity, closing opportunity gaps, and building connections. She previously worked as an Education Navigation Intern at Hildebrand Family Self-Help Center, a shelter nonprofit committed to disrupting the systems that cause homelessness. She also worked as a Teacher’s Associate at Benjamin Banneker Charter Public School and is committed to bringing her experiences and the stories of her students with her to bring about positive change. Molly is excited to be collaborating with Director Tami Gouveia to increase knowledge awareness and accessibility of policies that directly impact the community.
