Pediatric Integrated Care Survey used to improve coordination of care for children with special health care needs

The Catalyst Center, together with the Lucile Packard Foundation for Children’s Health and Family Voices, sponsored a June 15 webinar that introduced the Pediatric Integrated Care Survey (PICS). PICS is a validated survey instrument, developed at Boston Children’s Hospital, that assesses experience of care integration. The webinar provided an overview of the tool and highlighted how one hospital is using it to make improvements.

The study that led to the development of the PICS tool is described in a Nov. 16 article in Pediatrics.

This webinar is the fourth in a series on care coordination.
