Integrating Buprenorphine Treatment for Opioid Use Disorder in Primary Care Settings

In 2015, Center for Advancing Health Policy and Practice was awarded funding to be the Dissemination and Evaluation Center (DEC) for the “Dissemination of Evidence Informed Interventions” project, though the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Administration’s HIV/AIDS Bureau, National Training and Technical Assistance. As part of that initiative, the DEC collaborated with Chinazo Cunningham, M.D, M.S. and Paula Lum, MD, MPH to build the Integration of Buprenorphine in HIV Primary Care Settings intervention manual. Dr. Cunningham and Dr. Lum have provided the following manual and supplemental materials which are applicable in various primary care settings:
