As part of the CMC CoIIN, each state team was assigned a quality improvement coach from Population Health Improvement Partners. This poster details some of the coaching strategies used over the 4-year project, lessons learned from coaching, and what state teams identified as valuable in QI coaching. This poster was originally presented at the IHI Scientific Symposium.
