Support
The Center for Innovation in Social Work and Health (CISWH) addresses some of the most daunting health challenges of our time—challenges that often impact already vulnerable populations. Providing the best care for people living with conditions such as HIV, addiction, homelessness, and complex medical needs doesn’t have an easy solution. But with innovative, cross-disciplinary approaches that address the social factors affecting health, real progress is possible.
Since launching in 2015, CISWH has partnered with dozens of community partners nationwide to develop and evaluate their programs; published outcomes-oriented research and practical resources; served hundreds of students and practitioners through its events and training opportunities; and worked to elevate the role of social work in health—yet we need to do so much more.
Your contribution to CISWH’s Garriott Fund for Innovation can provide crucial support, helping us meet a variety of important goals, such as developing infrastructure, supporting our graduate and doctoral student fellow program, building more community partnerships, and attracting the best researchers.
We hope you’ll join us on our mission to promote health equity and social justice through the elevation of social work in health.
